Robyn Barclay
Robyn Barclay has spent all her life in the Waikato, leaving school to become a teacher. Later after raising a family of four, she did Interior Design part time. In 1991 she began to paint and by 1997 was painting full-time, having opened her own gallery in Cambridge with husband Wayne Sinclair. During this time Robyn had won major art awards, taught adult art classes and travelled the world in search of inspiration for her paintings. Her forte is an impressionist style where she is fast developing a reputation for fine works with an emphasis on strong, rich colour.
